A schedule for construction and maintenance
Local Planner is not construction administration. It does put the phases of a job, the people involved and the dates that must not slip on one timeline.
Phases you name yourself
Name a phase foundation, structure or handover, or whatever fits your work. The software does not force construction terms. A milestone can mark an inspection or a handover.
People, such as a project lead, a contractor or an installer, get a colour. At the bottom of the plan you see who owns which bar.
What it is not
There is no estimating, specification or final account. Files attached to a plan are still listed on the product page as a later step. Use the planner for the schedule and the progress, not as your project administration.
The same planner is used for work that is not construction. This page only describes how the timeline fits site work.
