Terms of use
Version 20 oktober 2026
The Dutch text is the binding version until a separate legal review. This translation is only a reading aid.
1. Who and what
These terms apply to the use of Local Planner: the website localplanner.eu, the planner in the browser, the apps for Windows and Android, and accounts for online storage. Local Planner is offered by ComputeHub B.V. Send questions about these terms to info@localplanner.eu.
2. Use
You may use Local Planner for your own plans, private and business. You may not use the service in a way that harms others or the service, such as attempts to access accounts or data without permission, or overloading the server.
3. Your data
Projects you create remain yours. Without an account they exist only on your own device; make a copy yourself (for example an .lpplan file) if you want to keep them. With an account we store your projects online as described in the privacy statement. We use your projects only to provide the service.
4. Accounts
Anyone can create an account. Keep your password secret; you are responsible for what happens with your account. Features can change or be temporarily unavailable. Download a copy of important projects regularly.
You can delete your account yourself at any time. We can block or delete an account if it is used contrary to these terms; where possible we tell you in advance.
5. Charges and subscriptions
The planner without an account stays free to use. For cloud storage, teams and shared plans you can take a paid plan per workspace. Current prices are on the pricing page.
Paid subscriptions run through Stripe. By paying you agree to the Checkout and invoicing details Stripe shows (including VAT). You can view invoices and the payment method where the planner offers an invoices page at Stripe; you cancel or withdraw a scheduled cancellation in Local Planner. Cancelling stops renewal at the end of the current period, unless the status requires an immediate end. You can delete an account with an active or past-due sole-owned subscription only after that access has ended.
6. Liability
We do our best to keep Local Planner working well and safely, but we provide it as it is. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as consequential damage or loss of data you could have secured yourself, except in case of intent or gross negligence.
7. Changes and applicable law
We can change these terms. We announce important changes for account holders in advance. Dutch law applies to these terms.
8. Contact
Send questions about these terms via the contact page.
