Without an account a plan stays on one device. With an account you invite someone into your workspace and give that person a role on the plan.
View, or also change
A viewer opens the plan and does not change it. A planner may change tasks, dates and progress. The owner decides who has which role.
Someone without an account receives an invitation. They join the workspace only after confirming their email address. An invitation does not open every plan by itself.
